← About Team

Operators who have built businesses — not allocators reading research.

Pedigree is the proof. The people behind IMS Digital Ventures have founded, financed and scaled companies of their own across blockchain, enterprise software, FinTech and tokenised markets — then take a seat in the boardroom of the teams they partner with. An operator on every entity, with family-office backing behind the work.

Anastasios Papadopoulos

Anastasios Papadopoulos

Founder & CEO

After completing his training in M&A at Skadden Arps, Anastasios founded Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in 2016 to combine proprietary technology with operational excellence. Recognising that platform-technology founders need capability as much as capital, he then founded venture builder IMS Digital Ventures — pairing an operator's bench with an ecosystem advantage rather than writing cheques alone.

As the strategic driver behind the venture builder, Anastasios set out to rethink how venture capital is structured for founders: technology for equity, an operating partner on every board, evergreen backing held toward category leadership. He has guided IMS Digital Ventures' expansion of its partnership network to include some of the world's most prominent and forward-thinking family offices.

Anastasios read Law in France and in the UK and holds a Management degree from HEC Paris.
